Who is responsible for your data

What is collected and why

Early access sign-up
If you signed up via the launch puzzle, your first name, last name and email address were collected. This data is used to send you one notification email on the launch date. Your details are stored securely and are not shared with any third party.

Contact enquiries
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, your name and email address are collected so that a reply can be sent to you. This information is used only to respond to your message and is not added to any list without your explicit consent.

Analytics
This site uses Umami Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites. The data collected (page views, referral sources, device types, country) is fully anonymous. No consent banner is required because no personal data is involved.

How long your data is kept

• Early access email addresses: kept until you request deletion or the list is no longer in use
• Contact enquiries: kept for as long as the correspondence is relevant, then deleted
• Analytics data: anonymous and retained indefinitely as aggregate usage data

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data held about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with the Isle of Man Information Commissioner

• Resend (transactional email delivery)

No personal data is sold, rented or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
